Burpee Broad Jumps across 100 Feet
Then 5 rounds of:
21 Air Squats  
21 Tuck Jumps                                      
Burpee Broad Jumps across 100 more Feet
Then 5 more rounds of:
21 Jumping Squats
21 Burpee to Tuck Jumps
25 Min Cap
